First time I had been to a concert at Parr Hall and was very impressed. The venue is dead easy to find with plenty of parking nearby.Bar was very reasonable priced compared to other venues I’ve been to and the bar staff were great.Went to take our seats and the guy on the door advised us it wasn’t a sell out and if we checked at the box office we might get better seats, ended up six rows from the front .Hall itself is great, sound was good and close to the stage wherever you sat.All the staff we met were great ,very helpful and made the night even more enjoyable, thank you

the pyramid and parr hall I think is a excellent venue I know you are never going to get the stones or oasis playing there but they do have some really good and well known artists there from time to time prices are very reasonable the is a bar on site and many cafes bars and eateries within walking distance of the venue would recommend

Went to the Comedy store on tour tonight... what a fab night! A fraction of the cost of the city centre and the same acts! One the first Saturday of the month and so worth a visit. Plenty of laughter!

I didn’t realise how many events they have on here. We are going to book for Ruby Wax very shortly!

Awesome facility!

The staff last night were absolutely fantastic, all of them have gone above and beyond. From the warm welcome when we entered to them saying goodbye and making sure we have a safe journey home, amazing. This year's panto, was absolutely brilliant. The cast put so much effort into it and you could tell they were having fun performing as well, absolutely brilliant all had a laugh with the audience, all had a giggle with the children that were there, superb. Also excellent value for money, loved every moment and I cannot wait for next panto season to see if they can top jack and the beanstalk, it's going to be a challenge to top this one!

Small enough to be intimate and close to the stage, yet large enough to generate a good atmosphere. We went for the panto, which was very good.
A negative in the past has been that all the stalls seating was on ground level, so that if you are near the back, you are staring at the head of the person in front. However this has been resolved by the back third being raised.
We were in the circle at the side, so were very close to the stage, but there is a safety rail that runs all around the circle that is directly in the line of sight so I was constantly looking above and below following the action.
Toilets and bars are very clean and look newly decorated. The main downstairs toilet is usually very busy, whereas the upstairs one is quieter.
I would recommend this venue to anyone and say that you keep an eye on the forthcoming shows, there are some very well known names on.
