Stayed in apartment 301 for three nights on the 3 August ...this being a three bedroomed apartment with a side seaview .Before arriving was a little sceptical with regard to the view but proved to be the best as not only had a sea view but also of the castle which was lovely .The apartment was impeccably clean ,with good decor , milk and bread provided which was a nice touch .
Ceiling fans are in this apartment which were essential in warm weather on the third floor .
Would recommend to anyone ...perfect

The Sands apartment are in the perfect location overlooking the north beach. They are well equipped and nicely decorated. The reception team are on hand for any of your needs, so it is more like staying in a hotel than your normal rental apartment. We had a welcome pack with for all of our immediate needs and there is a small supermarket beneath the complex for all your standard requirements. The views across the sea (from the sea view apartments) are fantastic. The seafront bus stops just along from the apartment to take you round the headland for the main shops, amusements and other seaside activities, but the north bay where the apartments are situated is much quieter, so the best of both worlds. Just the perfect place to stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May to celebrate my birthday. The apartment was stunning. Clean and well furnished. It was a treat for us to stay somewhere so expensive at £480 for 3 nights but if we could do it again we definitely would.
Great amenities and everything you need. Wish we could go back!

Having been visiting Scarborough all my life, for family's annual UK vacation this year, I chose the apartments located at the old Corner Cafe spot I visited many times in my childhood.
Lovely accommodation and location. Very modern and secure. Make sure you get a sea view apartment if you can.
We stayed in Kepwick 301, which although wasn't on the front, gave us a great view of the North Bay and Scarborough Castle.
The apartment had everything you need with a kitchen that had a bigger variety of utensils than IKEA!
Great time and can't wait to go again. One slight negative was the poor wifi signal in the room.

Room Tip: Get a sea view apartment.

Hi Richard,

Fantastic, sounds like you and your family had a great time and we do hope to welcome you all again soon. We have investigated the wi-fi strength and agree it was a bit weak we have upgraded the router and it is now much better, apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Kind Regards
