Just back from a three day golfing break in a party of 24. We played nearby Seacroft on Day 1 before staying at the North Shore for 2 nights and 2 rounds. The North Shore course was in excellent condition and is a good mix of links and parkland. Great views from some of the tees. A tough but not overlong course with some interesting blind shots. The food and service in both the restaurant and bar were also excellent. Dinner pre-ordered from a wide selection and served quickly on time and hot. Breakfast plentiful. High quality food and good prices in the bar. The rooms do need some refurbishing but more than comfortable for sleeping. Poor showers which do need to be boosted. Overall a most enjoyable venue and would certainly return for another golfing break.

Booked 2 night stay whilst visiting Spalding and Woodhall Spa to play golf.
Room adequate for a short stay. Breakfast , full English very good.
Not able to get anything at all to eat after 9pm, not even a lacket of crisps which we were told were all locked away. Pretty poor service.
However, the round of golf was fantastic. A fair breeze early in the round made conditions difficult but that dropped for back 9. Fabulous condition. Courteous green staff. A mix of woodland and links. Definatley will play it again. Build this into your Lincs tour

lovely setting overlooking the golf course. food good quality and medium priced. number of steps to the toilets although there was a stair lift. if upper level dining area were full, there were a few steep steps down to the lower area where there were a number of tables, also steps up to front reception area.

I visited here with some friends. The golf course is in very good condition considering the weather that Lincolnshire has seen over the last 4 months, and should become excellent over the next couple of weeks.
Before playing golf, I had a full English Breakfast. Again this could not be faulted.
Already looking forward to next years visit.
