Due to noisy, heavy footed guests in the room above that kept us awake, we feel that we cannot give this Premier Inn full marks. When mentioning the problem to the front desk, the lady was not really bothered.

I stay in premier inns all over the country every week. This one needs the rooms updating. Especially the bathrooms. The breakfast was the worst Premier Inn breakfast ive ever had! Took 20 mins for someone to take my order in an empty restaurant. Took another 20 mins for the breakfast to arrive. They got the order wrong. The hash browns were soggy and chewy. The bacon tasted completely off and definitely wasn't fresh. Egg was undercooked and raw on top. You need a new chef!

We stayed 2 nights whilst visiting friends. Had no sleep the first night due to the very noisy traffic on the adjacent main road so asked the next morning to be moved to the other side of the corridor, which we did. The same morning window fitters arrived to install secondary glazing in the rooms on the nearside corridor so this was obvioulsy an ongoing issue, hopefully now resolved, unless you like fresh air.

Lovely overnight stay at this premier. The rooms are in need of updating, but we're really clean and comfortable. Location is good but you do need transport to get to Taunton town centre if required .otherwise great for main roads and motorway access. There was a little bit of road noise from outside, but not too bad.

Situated in a quiet location. My room was clean and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and provided a good service. My stay was good value for money. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to other people.
