We were attending a Friday to Sunday Hotel function but needed a 'B & B' for the Thursday night. Pebble House was perfect. Our room was the last one available and small but had every facility we needed - Bed, TV, Shower, tea/coffee facilities and a superb sea view. Breakfast was at 9.00am for all guests and selection pre-ordered on arrival. As the adjacent property was owned by the same family, it was possible for guests to share a communal bar and sitting area. Ample free parking is available in front of the guest house on both sides of the road. We could not fault it.

Room Tip: Front rooms have an excellent sea view

We stayed for 2 nights, as usual everything was excellent. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Breakfast is great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Lounge and bar are very welcoming.
Thanks to Simon and Emma. We had a great time. Look forward to our next visit.

Room Tip: All rooms are comfortable and clean. Some have sea views

This was our first stay in Llandudno and based on previous reviews we chose Pebble House unknown to us we were in for a flawless 2 night stay.

Parking is free along that section of the promenade which is really convenient not having to park down a side street or pay elsewhere.

We arrived to a warm welcome from Simon who talked us through breakfast options including vegetarian options for my wife. These days a good vegetarian breakfast can still be hard to come by.

We were then taken to our room of which we had treated ourselves to sea view which boasts a panoramic view from the little Orme across the sea front, beach, pier & Great Orme. The room was clean, modern & very cosy. The bathroom and shower were very nice too.

The cooked breakfast on both mornings was very fresh & tasty. There were also cereals, fresh fruit, toast and yogurts available. There was plenty of tea & coffee and the service was very good.

There is nothing negative I can say about Pebble House. The owners were very friendly and helpful, telling us places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The room was spotlessly clean with a kettle and plenty of milk, tea and coffee. There was a tv and wifi. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and lovely clean white towels. Breakfast was lovely, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, toast and then a delicious well cooked full English breakfast. There is a lovely sitting room with a very large TV and also there is a bar in the adjoining B&B also with a large TV. Pebble house is in a perfect position for visiting the surrounding areas and close to lots of pubs and restaurants most of which are in walking distance as are the local shops. I would definitely recommend Pebble House.

We stayed in a comfortable clean, small room on the ground floor at the rear of the building. Hospitality tray was replenished daily. En suite shower room with a small cubicle but more than adequate water pressure. Good breakfast with buffet cereals, fruit juice, toast, fresh fruit and yogurt. A good choice of cooked breakfast brought to your table along with tea and coffee. The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable and offer good advice on places to eat (The Cottage Loaf is the best) and places to visit. There is internal access to next doors bar. We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Free on road parking is available outside but can be difficult to find a space, be prepared to walk a distance at busy times.

Room Tip: Sea view on an upper floor are best
