Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, amazing food, attentive staff and lots of good offers on breaks. It's a little tired around the edges but nothing too noticeable and the quality of food and service more than makes up for it. Nothing going is too much trouble for the staff, they will accommodate your needs if they can. You can park at the station for 12 hours at £2 at weekends and pay by phone so you don't have to go back to the car. Pack you swimming costume as there is a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The hotel provides pool towels and roads and slippers. Take a walk up the Great Orme if you can, the views are spectacular! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were up from the New Forest this weekend (26th to 29th February) to visit friends and attend the RNLI Dinner Dance on Friday 26th. As usual we stayed in the Imperial Hotel for 3 nights and as usual we were not disappointed. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, welcoming, wonderful position on the Promenade overlooking the bay, lovely breakfast. It oozes Victorian elegance and we can't wait to come back.
The new WiFi system was fine but not as smooth as the previous system.

Being disabled on arrival I was met with fantastic service by one of the reception team who asked if I needed help taking my case by lift to my room. Check in was done quickly and with a welcome smile. Breakfast was equally efficient with attentive staff and enough of them to attend to guests during a busy conference weekend. There was a huge range of breakfast items so a fabulous choice. The staff are obviously trained to a very high standard.

My room on the 4th floor was huge with pleasant calming seaside colours and a large bathroom. Bottled water was supplied and the vast kingsize bed very comfortable.

A lovely weekend, and a hotel I would be only too pleased to return to. The staff are superb.

We stayed for one night. The hotel has a lovely location in the middle of a beautiful seafront crescent.
Room was fresh and bright. Nicely decorated and clean. My only criticism was the location of the tv in relation to the bed in room 503. The bed is at left end of room. TV is on opposite wall on the right end of room? Impossible to see tv from bed.
The spa was lovely, but be aware that hotel guests are secondary to the private members. Guests cannot use changing rooms as they are for private members only. Hotel guests must wear dressing gowns in their rooms to the pool. In my judgement this isn't right as the spa should give priority to hotel guests, they probably pay more for a single night in hotel than members pay for one month!
