Great customer service and excellent view across the bay. I also highly recommend the food and would not hesitate to go there again. A new hotel which is located in a great place, although parking can be an issue.

I visited Llandudno for a conference in September 23rd until 2nd October 2018. The hotel was located in an excellent position on the North parade almost opposite the Victorian pier. Food was superbly cooked and presented at breakfast time.. rooms were very clean and well presented with ironing board, electric iron, hair dryer, electric kettle and a superb selection of teas and coffees and hot chocolate, together with bottles of water, both fizzy and still. Short crust biscuits. Bed was very comfortable, my room had shower and bath, the water was well regulated for very hot to cold. flat scree television and telephone are within the room.decoration of the entire hotel is very good. I really felt at home in the hotel with excellent service from all of the staff from front of house to the cleaning staff.

Friendly staff ,spotlessly clean and excellent location can definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing break. Welsh breakfast was really good also. Sea view room was also well worth having.

Spent two nights at this hotel late September. Check in was quite quick and straight forward but not much of a welcome. The room and bathroom were small, the bathroom lacked storage space but we had a superb view of Llandudno Bay. For what is described as a boutique hotel we thought the room lacked the little touches which make it a bit more special.....tissues, an enclosed wardrobe and a toilet brush would have been nice lol!
Breakfast on the first morning was abysmal to say the least! One piece of thin black pudding dried up and inedible. One very crispy flat dried up mushroom. Half a small tomato shrivelled up a slice of dry bacon and a cheap sausage. The egg was the only thing presentable on the plate. The toast was nice but we had to ask for more butter as two small wedges were not enough. We pointed out to the waitress the inedible items on our plate which she said she would have them replaced and then to be told at 9.15am when breakfast didn’t finish until 10am there wasn’t any black pudding left! She also told us the chef sent his apologies! We are not fussy people but this was beyond a joke! In our opinion the breakfast should never have left the hotel kitchen or even the waitress should have refused to serve it. Breakfast on day two was once again minimal and just about edible. Service was slow, there only appeared to be two members of staff waiting on and one of whom was also attending to reception checking guests out!
Overall our experience was very disappointing and we did not feel that having paid £264 for two nights bed and breakfast, we had been given anywhere near value for money. We would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. Such a shame as the view from the front of the hotel is fantastic!
