Near the wish tower .good parking with only £1night with parking permit from hotel.our room was a suite no113.wonderful staff that couldn't help us enough.room had lovely view too.breakfast could have been bigger range though .had cereal and fruit and yoghurts, also toast and tiny croissants .the cooked breakfast had not got a big choice however

Room Tip: Out the front to have view.

Stayed 2 nights. First night we stayed in a double room and the second night we stayed in the suite. Parking was easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean although the suite had a little issue with wallpaper coming off the wall but it’s to be expected in a busy hotel. Breakfast was ok, the sausages were hot and good quality but beans tasted a bit cheap , would stay here again! As the staff were lovely !

We only stayed for 1 night but the staff are very helpful and parking is good, which can be tricky in Eastbourne. Room was satisfactory and we both thought the breakfast was nice. With all this and a Sea view you cant go wrong.

We travel very often to Eastbourne, we have found the right place to stay.
Front Desk is very helpful, the rooms are big, clean and with a great view!
Two steps from the Sea and the City.
A great place to stay!

I had initially booked a room which turned out to be wrong and the hotel kindly gave us another more suitable room, even so, the main window did not open, and there was only one chair to sit on. the breakfast used to be continental type, and you could purchase a cooked breakfast for a small charge, which I believe was better. now you can help yourself to the cooked breakfast but I do believe the quality is not there.
The main lift was not working , but there was a service lift which was more noisy and jumpy, and I did complain that it was not working when I wanted to take my luggage down, the man on the desk never moved to check as to why it was not going, very disgusted with that.
