It's generally ok, it's clean and good location. Rooms are acceptable. But it's quite pricy for what you get. There's nothing that would make you say WOW I like it. The breakfast is included, but it's not good quality (They don't even have proper coffee, just watery filtered slop).

Stayed here many times due to my job and have to say that the refurbished rooms are really nice! Im not sure if they all have been refurbished yet so make sure when you make your reservation! Location is great, inside the Little mall at the Central Station with easy access to all of downtown Oslo. Small rooms with all necessary things you need. Breakfast (pretty good) is served at a Egons, a restaurant just opposite the reception. You dont need to go out since its still in the mall. Good service but up for enhancement is the cleaning...

We stayed one night in Oslo, having booked this hotel some weeks earlier. We requested more pillows and advised 2 people would be occupying the room. On our arrival to the hotel, the bed was made for one person only. The room had not been cleaned, with fruit in the fridge and waste bins not emptied. We had to call the reception three times before the bed was made as our request. The bins had to be cleaned by the front reception staff as the cleaners did not respond. A terrible hotel to stay in. The few positive comments can only be said for its location next to the central railway station and around the corner from Karl Johan Gate.

We are very sorry to read that you are writing that this is a horrible hotel on the background of a routine mistake. We are a staff here of 42 people and we have 239 rooms with over 700 beds, and time to time we do make mistakes and communication mistakes happen. It doesnt mean we do not intentionally do it or have not clent the room properly on purpose. We do understand that it is frustrating and that it is not acceptable. We use the feedback we get here and in our other guest questionnaires to give feedback to our staff. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours early, this was no problem and we were checked in early at not additional cost. The room was a good standard with a comfy bed. My only criticism (although a minor one when compared to the positives), the room was too hot, the temperature was centrally controlled and despite our request this did not change.
The staff were very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was of buffet style but of an excellent range and quality. I would recommend this hotel, very enjoyable stay.
