Stayed at this campground before and it is a nice and comfortable one. Staff at recpetion very friendly and service minded.
"En suite" style ablutions which is nice. Ablutions had some wear and tear to them though compared to 4 years a go. Back then they were closed to the public and a pin code was required. Now they're open all the time. Suspect that they're being used by pretty much everybody now.
There where quite a few toilet seats broken as well as other things. A bit of a shame since they were so nice last time.
Sites a such are mainly grass or gravel. Since it was raining heavily we stayed at graveled site to avoid getting bogged. Views from the sites are nothing to write home about. On the other hand it's just a few minutes walk to Saltstraumen so it's convenient.
Would stay again but I hope the ablutions will be locked only for paying guests again.

The site was easily found and the staff were very, very helpful and friendly. The cabin was small but had everything needed. Two rooms with bunkbeds, adequate kitchen and living room with nice, large window. One bedroom had a window at lower bunk and I loved being able to look out while in bed! The grounds were very wellkept and nearly all the cabins were occupied with people with eiter dogs or cats but this was no problem and the pets enjoyed interacting. Laudry facilities were kept open late especially for us and was much appreciated. It's only a short walk to the Saltstraumen to see the water flowing in and out, but try to find out the tidetables beforehand so you don't miss it by minutes. Recommended and reasonably priced.

We were there for few nights at the cabin, and after that at caravan camping side for one night. Very nice and super clean cabin and good parking place for a car just right next to cabin.

While at the caravan site, common toilets and showers were nice too and there was plenty of those. Staff was helpful, and scenery around the camping area is absolutely great! Also there is PADI diving center and small supermarket, boat rental and laundry washing machines.

The only thing I was missing (compared to other norwegian camping sites) was that its common kitchen had only one kettle to use. Not good for cooking unless if you bring your own things with you...
