Average food. We ordered Bollywood beat chicken- chicken quality wasn’t great and gravy was so-so. The tadka daal was nice. Channa masala lacked masala. Sabzi kadhai was ok. Naan was thick- consider making it thinner.

After seven days in Europe I was ready for some Indian food and nirvana did not disappoint. The food was authentic and tasty, the service was good but we were the only customers, which is a shame because the food is good. If you are in Vienna and craving an Indian meal then this is a great place to eat at in central Vienna.

Fabulous food. First we were encouraged by a small menu as this usually indicates better quality of each dish - we were right, we had a lamb and chicken dish with meat that melted in our mouths and different tasty sauces. Beads are made in the kitchen fresh, you can watch them being prepped for the restaurant which was good too. We would eat here lots if it was local to us 😎

Go for the biryani as it’s filling with lots of chicken rice ryita and naan. Good value for money.

I chose this restaurant based on the reviews, but what I encountered was certaintly nothing special. A diner on their own is an opportunity for the waiting staff to be friendly, welcoming and perhaps a little small-talk, but none of that here. Shown to a table in a rather offhand way. Took my order, Mango llasa was tasty, but popadoms didn't arrive and I had to ask again when it was obvious they weren't going to materialise. Nice raitha.

The chicken biriani was shown on the menu as a speciality of the house, but it was really bland.
