We're family of 4 with 2 teen boys from Texas. Like always we check internet for short term apartment rentals and factor in reviews along with the detailed listing and photos. We can say that the apartment is close to advertised.
Our experience was very good right from first contact. We got extra details and completed the reservation. Few weeks before our arrival we got detailed instructions on reaching the apartment from the airport including cheaper shuttle taxi option.
The apartment is tucked in an alley and hence needs extra details to find the place for the first time. Once you find it, we appreciated the character of the apartment and the building. There is an excellent bakery right below the building. The supermarket is 5 mins away. There are couple of restaurants, brewery, and ice-cream parlor to that are steps away from the apartment.
The apartment is well maintained with 2 large beds and couple of day beds, enough space for our family to spread out. The kitchen is reasonably stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, appliances, etc. enough for breakfast and simple meals. The large shower is also highlight feature.
Many attractions are close as advertised.
The Capriccio apartment is a lovely apartment in a great location in the heart of Vienna. The large apartment is comfortable, clean and well appointed. It was nice coming "home" in the evening to relax after another fun filled day exploring the city and surrounding countryside. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our teenage girls to chill out. We will definitely return and would whole-heartedly recommend the Capriccio to anyone wanting something different than a hotel stay - definitely a five star experience. The nearby Grimm bakery and the Ofenloch restaurant are also worth a visit or two!
We enjoyed our time in Capriccio, it is roomy for two people and well furnished. It is conveniently located to a bakery and close to food as well as other shopping.
We walked to most sights in Vienna.
