We have stayed in suite - 2 adults and 10 y.o. kid - had to take extra bed because sofa is too small for the sleeping place. Very clean and feels new.
Service is provided by the owners so everything is top class starting from check in till check out, Utmost friendly and family-feel - as if you are staying with your good friends you know for pretty long time :-)
Breakfast is exclusively cooked as per your order - scrambled eggs with bacon or other choices - everything is fresh, hot and as you requested.
Price is not cheap but it is worth paying.
The only problem it is almost always fully booked - can be a problem to get available room there!
Location is at the small lake so you enjoy it while having breakfast.

Room Tip: Suite is nice. If you travel with kid you will need extra bed anyway.

Nice and charming place, where you can rest very well. Very good service. Located 15mn from the city center of Graz, near a small lake, frozen at that time. Very quiet hotel, with wellness-room and sauna after an exhausting day! Clean, good breakfeast, nice atmosphere if you wish to enjoy a good night, out of the city, to relax, this could be a good place

My gut feel is that this hotel has been designed for business travellers to one of the many employers in Raaba (Magna Steyr, Raffaissen Landesbank and Daimler Benz). That said, it it probably the most "boutique" like hotel I have stayed in for a number of years - strangely odd given its clientèle.

The rooms are very new and modern. each one has a balcony and WiFi (although my netbook was unable to detect any signal - but they gave me an Ethernet cable which worked excellently). My colleague had a suite which consisted of a living room and a bathroom. There is a restaurant (not used) but judging by the breakfast the following morning it appeared to be of excellent quality. For such a small town there were a wealth of restaurants to choose from (we opted for a nearby Italian).

Rooms were about €80 for a single. I don't know whether there are any tourist attractions nearby but this good make a great bae for a cosy weekend for two.
