On arrival we had a bit of a challenge finding the villa as I had only taken directions from the airport but we had been staying in Limassol things got confused. We were due to meet with Andrew but having gotten badly lost in the hills (the closest thing to a landmark was a tractor or a water tank!) 3 hours later than planned Joseph cam to find us - thankfully!
We had actually booked to stay in Villa Latsi 2 but were checked into Villa Latsi 3 as there were apparantly a few problems in the booked villa. They are literally right next to each other and tbh I think we got lucky as at villa 3 the pool is to the rear of the villa as opposed to the side of it which allows more privacy from the road. The view is spectacular and the villa was well equipped.
There were two things I struggled with during my stay. 1. working the hot tub. Although Joseph gave us a demonstration we found it difficult to use and would have benefitted from written instructions being readily available. 2. The sun loungers were those static loungers that you can sit on in one position i.e. you were not able to move from the sitting position on all but 1 of the loungers. On check out these were both given as points of feedback and given that Andrew and Joseph really seemed to care about making their villa's the best they can be for holiday makers I am sure both points have been considered by now.
You definately need a car to stay here but it is worth the drive. I'd recommend a visit to Droushia heights which is walking distance. The people there are lovely. The manager in particular reminded me of how Cyprus used to be c10 years ago before tourism became the norm and people were happy for your custom. His iced tea's and daily cocktail inventions were amazing!
