We stayed in Valletta for 18days so can safely say we tried a fair few restaurants specifically for seafood - this was by far the best with a really beautiful dining experience. We arrived just before they opened without a reservation and even though closed they greeted us warmly and invited us to have a drink whilst they waited for them to be ready to open. They are usually fully booked in advance by two weeks but they managed to sort something out to sit by the water outside and eat until the people who had reserved the table arrived. Very hospitable. The food was incredible, my husband had lobster linguine and I fad crab linguine. They own their own boats so the seafood is fresh every day. It was perfect!
