Having just got off our flight from New Zealand (30 hours) it was a welcome respite to stay in these lovely rooms. We were a group of 3 couples so occupied 3 out of the 6 suites. Two of the rooms were very spacious with doors leading out to a balcony but the other one was a little small and dark in comparison (it had no door leading out to the balcony and windows were small). The layout of the rooms were living and bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs-so if mobility is an issue it would not be a great place to stay. Having said that I am not sure what the other suites are like.
The service next door at the Victoria Hotel was exceptional- especially from Charles who was very friendly and informative-nothing was a bother. The breakfasts were amazing-so much to choose from.
The pool upstairs was lovely with stunning views-unfortunately we only discovered this Day 3 out of our 4 day stay.
The area Sliema was a great spot to stay-near the ferry and near the bus stop. It was a nice area to come back to after a hectic day as is a little bit quieter than St Julian.
I would definitely recommend staying here

18th Century Palace in the heart of Sliema, really good central position.
Only suites, amazing facilities : 2 pools (one on the rooftop) , professional stuff, good breakfast, served in a really cool location.

We booked the Palazzo Capua for our minimoon, the place lives up to its name, it is a palace! The room was beautiful, and the hotel very peaceful owing to their only being 5 or 6 rooms in the building, and yet you benefit from all the the amenities of the Victoria Hotel and The Palace next door.
We stayed on a half board basis and the breakfast and dinners buffets were really very good and the staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to meet our needs. We ate in the TemptAsian restaurant one evening and this was also very enjoyable!
The reception staff were very help and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They organised restaurant reservations and taxis, making sure our holiday felt like a honeymoon.
If I had one complaint it was our room airconditioning a little noisy and ticked however this didn't get in the way of a perfect break after all of the stress of planning a wedding.

Stayed here a week with friends and took two suites. Central in Sliema on a quiet street but within minutes of the promenade and Valetta ferries. We were taken back by the size of our room, the long terrace and the decor of the hallways. We could use all the facilities of the adjacent Palace and Victoria hotels but without the hussle of the many rooms in there. The Palazzo only has 6 or 7 suites I believe. Ray the room attendant was a true gentleman and made sure our rooms were kept immaculate thoughout the stay. Facilities next door including rooftop infinity pool, Oriental restaurant and cocktail bar, spa and breakfast facilities all top notch! Great place and central hub for a couples/friends trip to Malta. Highly recommend and have already told friends to visit!!
