This place is also very beautiful but unfortunately the ministry of Tourism doesn't look after any facilities in this country. We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children. We made it to the top. The view is really spectacular and worth the climb. You can see the whole of Bejaia from here. Shame not enough investment has been made here. No cable cars or any facilities for children and disabled people. If you are in this category then this place may not be for you. If you are physically fit then bring your comfortable shoes and the view will blow you away. Prepare for the poor facilities if you come here. No clean toilets, the small park for the kids is a far cry from standard, no comfortable place to rest, bring your mat and lots of drinks. There is lots of stalls selling drinks and street food plus tourist souvenirs.if you are looking for adventure and not expecting much then you will appreciate the natural beauty of this place.

It is very calm and relaxing. There are different walk ways and you can go right to the top of Gouraya mountain(the views are amazing). There are various places for families to sit and have a bite to eat, but note, that you will have to fight off the monkeys who are very skilled thieves and have no problem in taking your lunch and whatever else they can get their hands on. It is well worth a visit

Visited Parc National de Gouraya with my husband who is an Algerian native and I absolutely loved it. The locals are lovely and inviting and it is quite clean compared to other areas. I was scared of the monkeys at first but found that they are actually quite calm and very used to tourists taking pictures and standing next to them. Would definitely give this place another visit!
