The hotel is ideally located opposite the Concert Hall. We particularly like the Sky Lounge on the 8th floor where we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and enjoyed a meal in the evening. Stunning view to the snow capped mountains beyond.

Great location 5 min. walk from night life in Reykavik, with a fantastic sky bar, and breakfast lounge situated on the 8th floor.

We were in room 713 (standard room), and the room (and he hotel in general) does not have air condition. This was a challenge on day 1, as room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius. Room was fairly small, and the bathroom did not have proper ventilation - kept being damp after showers.

Else everything works fine - staff was friendly and gave great input on the city. Having that said, I'd probably chose a different hotel next time I'm in Reykaik.

Great location 5 min walk to main walking street. Rooms are clean maybe not the biggest rooms but nice. Breakfast on the top floor with a great view. Few free parking spots in the back of the hotel. Friendly staff and good free wifi.

Despite being the last of our group to be allocated a room, the staff were quick to offer us a compensatory drink. The room me and my partner originally got did not have an overly nice view so I requested a different room which was of no problem/hassle to the reception staff. We often ate at the Sky Lounge as we got discount there and the food was nice but nothing beats eating your dinner to a beautiful view of the snow topped mountains. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money and the staff were incredibly welcoming.

Friendly, helpful reception staff, lovely, well equipped room, great food in Sky bar, also a lovely breakfast as we took in the extensive views all around. Perfect for our stopover in Reykjavik. Great location for exploring the city.
