The restaurant was easy to find a few blocks back from the riverside. A nice welcome from the waitress and we were quickly seated and with menus in hand. There’s quite a good selection on the menu and interesting to see the range of curries on offer – fairly extensive. We shared starters of Som Tam and some chicken sate, I enjoyed the salad a bit more than the sate, but both were good and nice to see the sate come with a jad as well as a peanut sauce. Mains were chicken and beef with Thai basil, ped grapow. Nice and spicy and tasted good but not the minced type that I prefer, but it did taste of basil and have a good hit of chilli. Singha beer washed it all down and service was lovely. All in all better than I expected and the portions are quite large rather than Thai size so possible to share to keep costs down, although prices are fairly reasonable for Finland.
