In late October (2017), my friend and I capped off a 2.5 week tour of the Russian Federation with a two-day visit to Helsinki before heading home. We hired Paulo of Paulo's tours to design a tour for us based on our stated preferences and the weather. He took that information and created a fun and fabulous two-day tour for us. He showed us the best of Helsinki and Porvoo. We walked, we rode, we experienced,we relaxed and we shopped; each step of the way was perfect. We saw water fronts, rivers, forests, markets, government buildings, plazas, local hangouts, public art, statutes, churches, and new architecture and old. Helsinki is a very modern metropolis so Porvoo provided balance with its traditional city life. For our time alone he provided good guidance and directions. He guided us to the best restaurants, chocolatiers, bakeries and retailers. Paulo's Tours is the best choice for seeing Helsinki and its environs. I highly recommend his services for a great experience.

I was looking for a convenient way to explore the city travelling with our 3-generation family group. Paulo offered the best in class service. Our group was picked up on time with a luxurious Minibus. We carried out several stops throughout the coastline and the city center. With the help of Paulo we were able to discover Helsinki at first hand. Paulo das diverse insights in historical, cultural, political and economic Finland. I recommend the tour to everyone who wants to experience the city away from the usual way.
After 2 days straight rain in Tallin and Saint Petersburg, sunny day welcome us in Helsinki. Paulo is the guide to use if you are heading to Helsinki! Going around Helsinki with Paulo didn't feel like a tour. It felt like we were being shown Helsinki with a friend. I had contacted Paulo several months before my family's Baltic cruise. He was extremely responsive from the very start. He even sent me pictures of where to meet up at the port. I was looking forward to meeting him and his vibrant personality didn't disappoint. Beside being entertaining, he was extremely knowledgeable. We had a wonderful day seeing all the sights and to top it off, Paulo took us to a quaint, out of the way, cafe by the water that was the perfect place to have a coffee and pastry.
