It sure looks fancy and its quite pricey but the actual room is like a motel. It was cold and the bed was not very nice and it had small and lumpy pillows. The furniture felt old and the bathroom outdated with cheap soap. The surrounding were very loud and even though we used earplugs it was very disturbing. The worst part was the brekfast. Very stressed personel who kept running around like hens and the food were terrible. The scrambled eggs had hard lumps that were greenish in color, tasted like old eggs and smelled weird. The coffe wasnt drinkble and the bread was like instant bread in quality. I had so much higher expectations for a expensive hotel like this. The only thing i found that was ok to eat was the fruit yoghurt. Had better experience in 600:-/night hostels. Only thing that was good was location, but not worth it at the end.

The hotel location was great, walking distance to city terminal, attractions, even gamla stan. The breakfast was good enough. Heating system was not working well, moreover the building is old (Which is a good thing infact) has isolation problems for keeping the heat inside. Although it was not cold, you cannot sleep with tshirt.

The room size was the smallest ever. Despite the size, heating issues, I recommend this hotel because it has a good value for money.

Room Tip: Ask for spacey & Quite rooms

We booked this hotel based on the location and the write up that there had been recent refurbishment.
Our bedroom was spacious but was very tired in its appearance and had not been refurbished.
The double bed was two single beds pushed together and the beds were not secured together so tended to drift apart.
The decorative order of the bathroom was very poor. Overall we were very disappointed with the room.

Small rooms, as to be expected though and fine compared to other small rooms at similar Stockholm hotels.

Shower was luke warm, not hot, for half the trip. Advertises a gym but in reality is a treadmill and cross trainer in a room.

Overall average, there are better hotels for the price in downtown Stockholm.

The room was tiny, the lift was slow. The location is semi-central but a bit far away from public transport. The breakfast was delicious, though, and the staff was very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel but it was all right to stay there for a couple of nights.
