Being Swedish and living in the neighbood we decided to have a late summer lunch here. Ive been to Godot several times for wines and beers and heard good things about their food so was curious to try it.
What ruined the experience was the service. The place is already pricy with most beers and house wine around 12€ a glass. We ordered both wine and beer and also table water. The waitress asks us several times if we want sparkling or still (table water in Sweden is equivilant of ordering tap water just a nicer name for it). As some restaurants sparkle their free tap water we were close to a misunderstabding as the waitress was using this roose to sell us un-enviornmental sparkling water on bottles imported from the alps.
The dish I wanted to order contained A sauce that I was allergic to, when asking to change the sauce to traditional bearnaise I was forced to take another dish as this was possible. Food was tasty, but small servings and pricy.... service was terrible so together 2 stars.
