Clean and spacious suite - ideal for a small family - with bunk beds and a seating area separate to the main bedroom. Clean & spacious bathroom. Lovely pool & sauna & good public bar area. Great choice in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Note that this is a cash-free hotel, including the bars.

Room Tip: The suites are a great size for a small family.

Realy nice hotell, nice and quite big rooms. The children likes the pool and the children meny at the evening. When we staied there there where allso tabletennis possibility in the konferens area, that was appreciated.

My visit at scandic Star was the start of my familjs vacation.
It was a warn welcome at Scandic star Lund and I found the room very nice.
The swimmingpool area was fantastic.

The only negative was my experience in the restaurant.
The service was not to good, but after talk to the restaurant manager I got a explaniation.

Two rooms, the other of them being a family room, both clean and good, but: No bathrobe! no fridge! no air conditioning! no temperature adjustment! No bidet! Windows outside so dirty! No mention of where is the sauna and the pool (they found behind a door with a text: "relax" in the C-floor, yes: it is a C-floor between the Entrance-floor and the first floor). The saunas were not warm, and the other had some beach stones collected on it. No information how to put Sauna on! (Later found the button from the outside wall of the sauna: press once for On, another time for off)
One day the new towels had a rotten smell on them, I filed a reclamation about this.
Restaurant overpriced, no local specialities. Breakfast was ok, but seen many better ones. Rooms were quiet, but the stubling in the upper floor was disturbing us two last of the four nights.
During the checkout the staff did not get their payment terminal working, and they wanted to write down my credit card information, which they well knew should not be given to stranger. Did not give them the card details, and still the payment was successfully taken from my account half an hour later.

Room Tip: There is absolutely no possibility to decide the location of the room. Not even two rooms for the same family.
