My visit to the viking ship museum was part of a tour booked through a cruise liner.
We got a pretty good tour of Downtown Copenhagen on the way out of town and the hour to the museum was interesting. The museum has in door and out door portions with "audience participation" an important feature. You can don armor, have a picture taken with computer generated background on the helm of a long ship, and can observe actual modern long ships that were built with original tools. There is a knowledgeable staff that demonstrate a variety of techniques for products (including boats) of the Viking age.
5 stars! Have fun!
