I booked a three night stay via Hotels.com 4 days before arrival. When I showed up the hotel denied this and wanted to book me into another hotel 3.5 kms away and at a higher cost. I was passed from one staff member to another and then given the phone number of the boss who told me 'this conversation has no purpose' before hanging up. It took 2.5 hours on phone at my own expense to book another hotel. Would have no confidence about booking this hotel.

We stayed in a double room, it is clean, spacious and with a big bathroom. They offer free coffee and tea. Nice and helpful staff. The weird thing of this hotel is the elevator, it doesn't reach any floor, it stops between floors and it is necessary to use stairs to get to the floor. Despite this detail, it is a good hotel.

Booked into this hotel with another 4 friends! The room had 5 single beds and a bathroom all very clean. Prior to arriving we kindly asked if it would be possible to have something in the room for our friends birthday. The staff went out of their way and had written a nice letter as well as balloons and confetti...at no extra cost! In addition to this there was free coffee and tea in the communal kitchen and the staff at reception very polite and friendly! Very close to the center and train station too. No complains here. Thank you Loeven, i would definitely recommend staying here!

In the heart of Copenhagen, this is the place for low cost traveller. Most places are within walking distance, restaurants nearby, shops and everything. If you need a train to travel further in Denmark, main train station is just half a kilometer away. But remember, when you pay your stay with non-Danish credit card, they will charge you extra 3,75%. So, better to pay in cash.

Dont live here . They will try to fool you. We booked a room.
With our business credit card. They wanted us to pay in advance and so we handed over our credit card.
They said that the card machine was broke. And wanted cash only. We didnt have that just passing through. And we only had that business card.
So we couldn´t pay. We asked if they could send us an invoice instead. No they could not. So we had no other choise than to cancel.
Yet a couple of days later they choose to debit our card.
We reported it to Booking and they talked to the hotel.
But the hotel had no memory of this incident. Dishonest
people. Would not recommend this hotel
