Very tiny but very serviceable. It is in a quiet location, the rooms are clean and while everything is quite small, it all seems to work very efficiently. A very nice breakfast in the morning, too. I wasn't sure what to expect, knowing that it was very "lean." But I would stay there again.

Good:-
Cheapest place I could find in or near centre of the city, staff polite and friendly. All speak good English.

Bad-
Breakfast was very limited, no hot food. Rooms were ridiculously hot even with window fully open (January!) Bed wasn't very comfy and very thin. Obviously had a few bad night sleeps for those reasons. Slightly out of the city centre (10 minute walk), toilet didn't flush properly. You have to go round turning all the lights of manually as there is no main light which was a bit of a pain. Chair in the room not very comfortable at all when watching tv.

About two blocks from the main train station, so great if traveling by public transport and don't want to use taxis. Quiet. Those are the good points. Very small room, window didn't open due to broken lock so felt claustrophobic, a little dirty, hot in the room because there's no fan or a/c. Unfortunately got the room where a lot of things were broken: toilet didn't flush properly, sink handle on faucet was broken, toilet seat was broken (fixed after I reported it), shower didn't drain well (fixed after I reported it; someone poured Draino down it so the bathroom smelled horrible for the next few hours). Room was half-way made up after first night, as if the housekeeping were interrupted and just never came back. Most likely wouldn't stay there again.

Location is perfect just a few minutes from central station and very easy to access everywhere on foot or by bus. Room is good size for solo traveler. It is clean but just a little smell on toilet. Glad to have a TV to kill time at night. Overall very happy for the stay.

The moto of the hotel is " good position, good prizes and good quality " , the outcome is that you take what you pay. Not bad, but it has nothing special. I do not care much of luxury but it could be better .

Room Tip: The inner rooms facing the garden, prefer the upper floors.
