Most Trip advisor reviews credit this hotel as good location but we passed several similar hotels on the way to this one from the central station.
The check in was friendly and efficient and the staff generally were always friendly helpful and welcoming.
Our room was on the ground floor with windows opening on to an access road where bikes were constantly left up against our wall. A restaurant and bar were also immediately outside our window which made me uncomfortable in leaving the window open for security reasons and the curtains open for privacy. At this time Copenhagen was experiencing hot weather and with no air conditioning the room was uncomfortably hot. There was a desk top fan which merely circulated the hot air.
Breakfast was excellent and apart from our last day a Friday, fairly relaxed. On the Friday we were told that they had 180 people for breakfast and I think they all arrived at the same time. It was busy, noisy and the staff were rushed of their feet maintaining a selection of food.
The WIFI can be a bit slow at times.
I liked the hotel but it needs to improve to warrant the high room rate.More
