My wife and I just had a few days at the AC Hotel by Marriott Bella Sky. It was a bit of a mixed experience but the employees were the highlight. The attitude of reception staff was exceptional. Extremely helpful and friendly. Well done HR. The room was very nice as well and the bed comfortable. The hotel consists of two towers of 23 floors. The elevators are more than sufficient for the load and have a very useful feature of calling your floor on a tablet like device which them shows which elevator and floor you are going to. As with many European hotels, breakfast was outrageously expensive and we settled for croissants and coffee in the lobby bar.
The hotel is located a quick five minute walk to the Metro Copenhagen's efficient driverless transportation system. If you do use it, you have to buy a Metro card for 89 Kroner (I hope the price is right) and them charge it with adequate money for the fare. There are little blue lights card readers scattered around and you have to tap IN when you leave your station and OUT when you arrive. Not exactly intuitive for visitors.More
