We stayed at the hote for a week. The rooms were very basic but the A/C worked fine which was good. The sheets were not changed during our stay and just the beds were made. We had to suffer with sandy sheets during our stay. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable but this is a 3 start hotel. We stayed in the Annex that had no elevator and should have paid more to stay in the main building.
The food in the restaurant was basic but fine but the breakfast in the main hotel was quite bland and tasteless and the toasters didn't seem to work properly.
The highlight of our stay at the hotel was the bar manager "Lefty" who is fantastic as he is so entertaining, friendly and efficient. The rest of the staff were reasonably friendly except the pool guy who ordered us away from the pool area once it got to 7pm. The hotel is very near the beach which has a great water taxi that will take you into the Old Port.

Room Tip: Pay more to stay in the main hotel and avoid the annex.

Just had 2 weeks here and we loved it. We upgraded to the main building which has modernised rooms and a fantastic sea view - well worth the extra cost. The rooms are spotless, there is a fridge but no kettle (we took our own), the staff are fantastic. Our cleaner, Julia, was friendly and efficient, the dining room staff were wonderful and greeted like friends every morning. Reception staff were helpful and booked us into a restaurant we would have never found on our own. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but luckily I only want Greek yogurt and honey. I think they could maybe include a bit more of a selection of fresh fruit. Perfect location across the road from the small beach and easy access to the water bus for trips into town. My only criticism is the "courtesy" shower room for late check out. It's depressing and not very clean. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and recommend it to others looking for total relaxation.

Stayd there 7days, its ok hotel for low budget Hotel, Pool is ok. Room's are old and beds are really hard to sleep on. But this is Greece so... :) Staff at the hotel are super nice and helpful, bar is open late and they really make good tasting drinks and hang whit you. So just buy new beds and i will come back. Also really good is Taxi boat to town 4e per way and it runs late too, hotel is near so that was great when travelling whit kids.

Well was a little concerned when I read the reviews before going. However it's a typical Greek standard 3* hotel. Hotel is dated but generally clean. Maid comes in daily changes towels and bedding a couple of times a week not my clean.
Breakfast is fine typical continental. Restaurant was good although only ate once.
Don't miss going to the bar, staff are fab great fun and super drinks to sample. Waiting staff are just lovely and make you feel at home. Hotel manager was extremely helpful we had a few health issues but were dealt with well.
Location for us is fab beach lovely if you don't want to go far. Super walk around headland, easy access to bus and watertaxi. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Traverna on beach good food more expensive than if you travel. Johnnys is definitely worth going to we loved it here, great staff and food.
Would we stay at this particular hotel again?
Well we chose it for value our daughter's are student's and had to pay for themselves so in that respect maybe. For myself and my husband no we wouldn't.

We stayed in June
Restaurant is good for paying evening food. Staff attentive and very friendly.
Morning restaurant same smiling friendly staff.
Breakfast not good - cold omelettes 1 inch frankfurter sausages bacon bites... fresh fruit is one option sliced orange or for 2 days we had water melon ...the rest is all laden sugar tinned fruit... the usual bread jam help yourself toast, if you can get to the toaster... tea coffee machines of poor quality
The best ting about the hotel (as we found) clean and location.
Beds in comfortable bed very large.
A great view from our balcony, this I feel was luck of given this room as we went in low season and it was quiet.
Pool we did not use this area as we enjoy the beach.
Beach is kept clean and the on site Kanapitsa Taverna serves good food snacks the prices are the same as other beach tavernas.
Walk to Johnnys up the hill is steep, but take it slowly if you are unsteady on your feet because Johnnys is well worth the walk.

If the hill is too much then the boat taxi is a great way to get into town, although a lot more expensive than getting the bus, €8 for 2 one way
Bus stop 12 is a good 20 very scenic walk away
Bar staff and the waiting staff are the most friendliest in the hotel.
Would I come back .... yes if I could tolerate yogurt for breakfast everyday ..... or just bring my own weetabix
