The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious with a nice view. The owner gave us many restaurants options and he helped us to plan our holidays.
The location was just perfect! The hotel is located in the center and there are lots of things nearby. If you visit Heraklion, don't think twice and just stay there!!

My family of 5 enjoyed the breakfast, it was the best we had in Greece. The wifi signal is SUPER strong. Beautiful rooms and clean. Like most hotels in Greece, the magnetic key fob turns on the power. The ONLY drawbacks of this hotel was our AC wasn't strong enough for the family room and the shower curtain needs to be further out. Parking is easy 8 Euro a day around the corner from the garage. It's hard finding parking in Crete. Beware the small roads.
This was a good hotel for a couple of days stay. Rooms clean and well presented and with balconies. The reception staff were welcoming & friendly. The buffet breakfast was ok, given that we are vegetarian.

We stayed here for 6 days and found it a good choice. It’s quite near the heart of Irakleio and the rooms are good with a balcony overlooking the street so that you can stay in touch with the local street life. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is parking in the narrow streets nearby. However, we found it a bit noisy quite late in the evenings and early in the morning, with the sliding of chair legs reverberating on the concrete floors, and on a Sunday night were disturbed by someone knocking on our room door (and earlier, on other doors on the same floor) at 2:30 AM.
We booked this online and it is in the perfect location to visit all the sites. For the price the room is all you need to enjoy your time in this great little town. Everything is a short walk away from great food and markets
