High Haven is a unique conversion of a 11th Century church by the architect owners into a very contemporary holiday home. A wonderful light and airy space as you look down from the mezzanine through the nave and chancel to the Medieval window and distant views of the Preseli hills. The original altar has been restored to form part of the kitchen and it was a joy to cook and entertain in this wonderful building. In the evenings we lit the log burner and enjoyed the subtle lighting to create different moods for the different areas of the old church. Three miles away there are wonderful safe sandy beaches and you can walk the Pembrokeshire National Park coast path with its spectacular views. It is an unspoilt part of the world and still a bit of a hidden gem that draws us back year after year.
