I was in a cheap room (overlooking road in front). Nice room, beautiful resort design, I wanted to stay another night but water pressure was so bad that I decided not to.

Such a disappointing hotel!
Overall you can see this hotel was once a 4 Star but has gone rapidly down hill
Upon check in the welcome was lack luster to say the least! Not what you would expect in Thailand the staff seemed completely disinterested in us.
The rooms were basic but in need of some paint looked run down and old and shabby
There was a kettle in the room but no cups or tea and coffee ? Also an empty fridge as a mini bar! The towels in the room were old and falling apart.
Only one restaurant in hotel so naturally the guests are drawn there.
Our table wasn’t properly re stocked from the previous diners, which no one seemed to notice or care!
We ordered two starters one of which we waited 15 minutes for and when it arrived we were told the other starter was not available why the delay in informing us of this?
Waited another 20 minutes at which point our main course arrived and still no starter
Half way through our main the starter arrived without an apology or acknowledgement
The waitress didn’t even acknowledge us never asked if we were ok for everything or wanted anything else or apologize for the delay
Once are plates were cleared we were ignored... no offer of desert or bill
At this point the man at the table next to us had been waiting so long for the menu to look at deserts he simply got up and got the menu himself.
At this point there were 6 guests dining and 5 servers all in conversation at the other end of the restaurant with each other totally ignorant of anyone else.
We waited 15 minutes to see if anyone would bother to come back to us and after this we left
When paying we were asked was everything ok to which I responded the various problems we had to which the response was but the starter arrived yeah.?
Shocking and disappointing really poor

Also through out the whole meal two cats were wandering at our feet which if fine if your not allergic but not really appropriate. They then proceeded to climb onto tables and eat crumbs to which not one of the staff batted an eye lid

Breakfast was slightly better staff seemed nice and the selection of food was ok not great!

The hotel pool and beach are fabulous the views are lovely but the hotel seem to be relying on this to keep there guests happy which isn’t enough!

Upon check out the same lack luster approach was had by the staff no one asked us how was our stay just did we need a taxi to leave!

Having stayed in our 100 hotels a year I have to say this hotel left me very disappointed and had I been staying longer than I night I would have moved hotel for sure! On our third week traveling Thailand and every hotel has been amazing with excellent staff this hotel is not worth spending a penny on in my opinion!

Been to Koh Samui several times. The island is amazing. Though the hotel is reasonably priced, on arrival no warm welcome with a drink and towel not even the customary Thai welcome we have been use to, bedroom great value and comfort. Outside areas are in a desperate need of repair. Pool bar is derelict, sun loungers have obviously been left out in all weathers. Though food is of an acceptable level, service is very poor

We had booked our room at very last moment in the week of Christmas Eve and managed to get Grand Deluxe room.The room was spacious with a Jacuzzi in the balcony. The resort has 2 Lagoon pool and 1 infinity pool with bar with a perfect view of the beach. The breakfast had fewer options for vegetarian but they always arranged vegetarian soup or any meal which we ask for us. By the sea restaurant served good food. TThe beach was sort of Private beach and had a view of Big Buddha. Overall experience was good had great fun.
The service is slow but not bad. Our room was on 2nd floor so they really need to put a lift in the building.

We said in this hotel for 3 nights, we booked the basic room, but I would recommend staying and paying extra for the Delux room
The view from the restaurant is amazing, the food is fairly expensive in this hotel I would recommend venturing out as things are only a quarter of the price.
The staff are friendly and very very helpful
I would definitely stay in this hotel again
