Arrived from the airport to north station then 5 min walk to the hotel which is next to the EU building. The room was clean, bed comfortable with good ac. The breakfast was ok nothing special. The bar is fine with stock of good beer.

After coming off a rough experience at our last hotel, I could not have been happier with the Crowne Plaza. The staff was friendly and helpful, and were able to arrange taxis for us wheneve r we needed it, the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was fantastic, definitely try the mushroom risotto. I had a little bit of trouble with the wireless, but I think that was because we got a room that was way at the end of the hall. I didn't go all the way to Brussels to surf the internet, so this was not an issue anyway. Everything here was quality. I'll be back for sure.

We stayed at this hotel as The Vampire Diaries convention was held. It is a great hotel. As you walk in it is quite exquisite and impressive with the aristocratic chandeliers and decorations in general. However, when we entered the bedroom, we were a little disappointed because we expected something more similar to the outside, yet the bedroom was very simple. The breakfast is great and very big and I loved the fact that it was not just continental but it had belgian food too, like belgian waffles! Yum! Overall, good stay but could have been more for the price.

Most comfort rooms, nespresso machine, WiFi, and very close to the EU offices.
Restaurant can be better.
Location is great near shopping center and not far from the Grand Palais.
5 minutes walking from the train station to take to the airport

This hotel sits atop Rogier Plein Metro with good connections to anywhere across Brussels;there has been construction going around the hotel for over 10 years but this doesn't really impact on your stay once you are in the hotel. The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago and now resembles the building originally on the site and reflecting all things Art Deco. I would recommend booking a Junior Suite as these rooms have more space and a better view ( of the nearby Botanical Gardens or over the City). It is certainly a hike to reach the medieval heart of Brussels-Grand Place, but if you like to shop there is a shopping centre opposite the hotel. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and bars. The hotel staff speak good English and are friendly and helpful; a bar adjoining the restaurant is plush yet comfortable with reasonable prices. An extensive breakfast can be delivered to the room for a few Euros extra, with no expensive service and delivery charge as is the norm in the USA and UK.
