I stayed at the Lounge Inn when following Liverpool FC in the Champions League for their tie against Porto, the staff on the front desk were incredibly helpful in getting around the city via the Metro (there's a metro station less than 5 minutes away, don't get a taxi from the airport, use this!).

I couldn't believe the size of the room for the money I paid, it was incredibly clean, modern and fresh. Between the price, the location and the helpfulness of the staff, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

During my stay it rained for the whole 2 days, so I'll definitely be returning to Porto in the summer and I won't be looking anywhere else but here.

I stayed with three people in a two bed room for 2 nights and I can 100% recommend it. Location is good, about 5-10 minutes walking to the nearest metro station and has a park nearby and a cafe across the street. Reception staff (who I believe was the owner) was extremely friendly, showed us a map of Porto and explained very clearly how to get around and what to do. He also personally took us to our room and showed us everything it had to offer.

The actual room is the best part. Comfortable bed, mini fridge, a very high tech shower that plays music and has massage settings (it was quite remarkable), and a complimentary small bottle of Port wine. Not to mention the rooms have a very sweet smell that was quite pleasant. Divided amongst the three of us, it was very affordable and I can highly recommend this hotel.

Had a five night stay at the hotel, it was cosy and comfortable, we arrived on the Friday to be greeted by a happy and very knowledgeable owner, he was absolutely fantastic took the time to explain where to go and what to see, the attention to detail was second to none, the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant so this is just a base, the hotel was close to the subway and we used it frequently and it was easy to use, all I can say is the hotel is not in the centre and a good 20 minute walk to the main area but as I say the subway is a minute or so away, well orthopaedic the money and I would recommend

This is a small hotel with great location 2-3 min. walk to metro station. I booked a double room which was small but comfortable, clean and nice. The staff is very helpful. The first day the receptionist gave me valuable tips what to visit, what to see. They have their own app with offline map and useful info about city's attractions. I Highly recommend this place.

The owner is so friendly and welcoming and has very useful advice on what to visit. A 20 minute walk into the centre or 4 minutes away from the metro which takes you quickly into town. Incredibly clean and lovely rooms with en suite. Would definitely recommend.
