We had lunch there with a group of 8, two of us locals who recommended the place. We were not disappointed.
The place looks like a typical bistro, unpretentious but friendly. Appetizers of cottage-like cheese and olives came immediately with bread, a nice combo.
For mains, we took the tuna steak -- excellent -- a shrimp dish in a curry-like sauce (moqueca de camarones) -- very good -- one of the local took the mao de vaca -- apparently very good also.
We also asked for extra salad, spinach, etc (would recommend or else you'll find yourself faced only with meat or fish and very little greens), our waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive.
Overall, everything was very nice and for the price we paid (roughly ~20eur pp with a few beers and coffees), excellent value.
I was happy that our local friend recommended this place and I'd recommend it myself too!
