We arrived in Sintra around noon time. Since we would like to visit three monuments, we had little time to sit down for a full meal. This bakery is hidden in a back lane across the street from the National Palace of Sintra. When we walked around trying to find some sandwiches, out of joy, we found this bakery. It is not only a bakery, it is also a cafe. We sat down for a hot soup and crepe. Afterwards we bought two boxes of sweets, the Sintra specialty on the road and for home to enjoy. The price is very reasonable for everything here. A lot of local people patronize this store. This is definitely a friendly sign for us.
