Family trip.10 persons.Isolated and quiet house(near to Setubal and local beaches).Very confortable(some little repairs must be performed).Wifi with poor signal in the rooms.Great pool and mountains views.Local agency staff(Beathome) very friendly.Resumé: place yo enjoy and Very recommended
The house is large and offers a great view over the National park of Arrabida. Services & tips provided by the Welcome mgr were very hepful. Cutlery & wine glasses were not enough for a 4 bedrooms house. Bathrooms design looks fine but with limescale all over taps & showers, it could have been better maintained.
Maybe we were not lucky but the microwave was out of order and we had an important water leak in the launderette. Starnge thing as well to have the neighbours insisting for parking their cars inside the property and leaving the portal costantly open ... The road could also be noisy due to trucks coming from the concrete factory on their way to the highway. Otherwise, a good stay overall !
Despite our difficulty finding the villa (off the beaten track) we were warmly welcomed by Lavinia who had also brought some local wine, bread and cheese. A nice touch. The villa itself was exactly what we wanted. Modern facilities and tasteful design on the inside, rustic on the outside with fresh fruit and veg. Only 10 minutes drive from Setubal (great selection of restaurants) and 5 minutes drive from Azeitao (good local market and shops). We loved this villa and would highly recommend it to friends and family.
