The 7 Hotel looks very seriously at all the feedback (positive and negative) left by our guests and this is how we improve and evolve in order to offer a better experience in our hotel. We regret the situation with breakfast, however your agency has been informed that our breakfast room would be closed. Regarding the television in your room, as soon as you informed us that the television was not working it was moved to a room on the top floor, we went to your room to check the television and it had been disconnected from the mains.
