The hotel is really close to everything, just around the corner from Baixa-Chiado metro station and a few minutes' walk from the main sights. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was decent.

Great location, friendly staff, but really loud

I stayed at the 7 Hotel in October 2019. This boutique hotel is in an excellent location and great for walking to restaurants and shops. It is also very close to many of the sights and meeting points for tours. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us many delicious restaurant recommendations. Please note, not all of the rooms are exterior facing, I had a TINY interior room. I could barely move around the bed, but it was enough for me. It was extremely loud because the walls are super thin and you can hear people in the hallway or going in and out of their rooms. Overall, it is a perfectly situated boutique hotel, you just won't get too much restful sleep.

Room tip: Try to get an exterior room.

Great little hotel

Excellent location, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good selection. Great value as only 3 star but would highly recommend staying here if in Lisbon. Close to everthing

City Break

On arrival staff argued with us that they had no responsibility for change to room type made by their partner agency and could not move us to city view which we had chosen and paid for. The 'inner' room given smelled stale and view to downpipes in dark and dreary area was quite a disappointment.
We eventually got the room we booked despite been told the hotel was full only minutes before.
There is no restaurant other than a breakfast room. I was surprised scrambled eggs were complimentary however poached costs €2.00 arriving out in solitary splendour.
Positives: good central location close to restaurants, trams, shops and city sights.

With this information, the booking was assigned a twin room with an interior view.

Your voucher was Twin with city view, I tried to contact Travco, but due to hour it was not possible.
Immediately, and even being complete, we were able to change your booking to the type on the voucher.

The Hotel

The hotel was clean, the service super, frendly staff, breakfast for a 3 star hotel good.
Room for 2 Piersons good, bathroom clean. Central in the city, walking distanz to the boulervard, overall a good weekend with a hotel to komm back
