I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay in the flat side of Lisbon. We were really pleasantly surprised by our room. Yes it was small but we were still able to open our 2 full-sized luggage in the room. Their mini kitchen was well-equipped and was a pleasant surprise. We were able to heat our left-overs on the serving platter provided in room. Location-wise, it gave us great access to some sights. Especially near were the Baixa-Chiado station, Santa Justa Lift, Rua Augusta Arch and Plaza Comercio. The proximity to the metro was perfect for getting to other parts of the city. Breakfast was adequate though not a lot of choices if you are used to Asian hotels. We didn't encounter any rude staff during our stay. All of them were friendly. The room was cleaned properly. However they ran out of shampoo during our stay and was advised the hair-body-gel provided in the shower. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Lovely hotel purfect location would definitely return rooms where clean and bright and modern breakfast was good the room could have been a bit bigger when busy .weather was a bonus try the tuk tuk ride and the number 15 bus or tram along the seafront to have a custard tart in the little blue bakery in belham and a look around the church there.

We had a great visit...the hotel room was small but clean and quiet for being in such a busy area. The reception staff were all helpful. What was disappointing was the breakfast..the staff there were not helpful...the hot food was not good..there was not enough room to display the food avaiable...two large machines that were broken ..the toaster and pancake maker took up lots of.space..wonder how long for! The staff were rude in the dining room...it was not cleaned up quickly so we arrived to tables full of dirty cups,dishes,glasses and plates. This meant there were no clean ones for us...better to go out for breakfast!
Wifi did not work well, aircondtioning was erratic and very bad smell of drains on 2nd floor.
