We spent 5 wonderful days at this spectacular place beginning of October 2015. Lívia and Mário have been very helpful and friendly hosts, welcoming us at the miradouro and providing very good recommendations in a comprehensive email, easy to use on the phone during the day. When we asked them for help with anything it always came in the same day.
We found house and property to match the description very well, and also enjoyed looking at and trying from the lemon, walnut and fig trees. Internet/Wifi worked stable and smooth, and the TV has a USB and HDMI connector so we could easily check and share our photos of the day at night (Only on the rainy days of course :-). Supermercado and tram 28 stop are just a few minutes down the road.
What really makes the place special, however, is its location directly at the top viewpoint of Lisbon, Miradouro Senhora do Monte. Due to the constant stream of tourists visiting it and getting excited about the view, there is a joyful, positive atmosphere around the spot, so it is always a pleasure passing it when leaving from or returning to the house. And in addition to using the nice terraces of the house we also enjoyed on a warm night the possibility to just fetch a bottle of wine from the house and settle down on one of the benches at the miradouro.
Any caveats? Well, besides the obvious need to enjoy walking uphill from time to time it should be mentioned that the house was - in the words of Mário - originally designed for mediterranean size people, so mind your head or meet the lamps ;-)
