beautifull structure close to the airport with a great service. I will definitely recommend it if you are solo traveller. Good service and clean rooms. Maybe the price per night will be lower than you can expect.

Some international flair in the typical airport athmosphere. Friendly staff, rooms are ok. Bathroom is "ensuite" which means WC and shower behind curtain. Hence, room quite under water after shower and some "smell" after using WC. Not enough towels, not 100 % clean. Rooms on the 01st floor are with balcony which is directly on the motorway. Quite noisy..

Waited 45 at the Airport for a shuttle to the hotel - nothing

Hotel is completely charmless. Rooms are bad lit and were so hot when I arrived they had left the windows open. The windows would not close properly. I had a sleepless night from the heat and the constant noise of traffic

I ordered a tuna sandwich in my room - virtually inedible and left a card outside my room with my breakfast order - it was never collected. There is only virtual service in this hotel.

This is really the perfect place to stay if arriving late or leaving early from Lisbon airport. Only 150 metres walk or a quick shuttle bus to the terminal. The hotel is modern, the rooms comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. Why not five stars? The food in the restaurant is fine but expensive and not special. The room is wll equipped but should have a kettle and the bathroom should have body lotion. It is also a pity that you cannot get a cup,of coffee

Overall good ,just a pity Pool was closed. Bar area needs looking at,very cold and sterile not very welcoming. Having the Bath intruding into the room is not a great idea. Perhaps a frosted glass wall might help ?
