Special mention to the exceptional restaurant decorated in elegant euro styling. Ultimate comfort food was the ham and spaghetti in bechamel sauce with breadcrumb crust. Unbelievably good and a refined dish I have not had anywhere else. Carb overload but irresistible.

Love this place. An oasis in Lisbon. A short cab ride from most of the sights. The service is exceptional. The beds, so comfy. If you get a view of the river it is spectacular. My whole family loves the pool.

Overnighted at this hotel which was once a palace, and it was definitely what the doctor ordered. We were weary travelers and this certainly relaxed us. We lay by the perfect pool area, and enjoyed the facilities that this magnificent hotel offers. In the Embassy belt, so much quieter than around Avenue Liberdade , so it depends what you are looking for. Well worth a visit at an rate
