Superb knowledge of the venues, which featured Montserrat Palace. Fun dialogue. Engaging. Felt like family. Gonzo is outstanding.

We signed up for the daytour and were taken on an adventure with our guide Gonzy. It was the greatest tour ever and we saw things only locals ever get to see. This is the authentic Lisbon. I highly highly recommend this if you want an awesome experience while seeing the most beautiful spots of Sintra and Cascais. Gonzy is a walking enciclopedia, so funny an all round great guy. Great great great!

Although the weather was really bad we had a wonderful daytrip to Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascais with Nuno. We had so much fun and learned a lot about the country and the culture. You could really feel nuno loves his job. Highly recommended!!!

My wife and I had a weekend in Lisbon in February to celebrate my 61st birthday. We had done the 7 Hills tour with Bruno (WHTT founder) shortly after the company started, and really enjoyed it. Lisbon is a confusing city but after that trip I felt I understood the place and the people a lot better. So, this time we thought we would do the dinner tour. Gonzy picked us up as arranged in Camois square where we were also joined by a another couple. We drove through the Lisbon streets, ending up in a seemingly quiet a residential area where we were to have dinner. We had a reserved table at the restaurant they had selected - essential as it was massively popular, with people being turned away at the door due to it being so full. Many typical Portuguese dishes were served, most of them absolutely fantastic, and accompanied by plenty of local wine. After dinner we headed off to Belem for their famous Pastel. This was followed by a stroll along the river front where Gonzy produced a bottle of port to round off the extended dinner. During the trip Goonzy and I discovered that we have a shared taste for craft ales. Consequently he took us to a great craft ale pub called Quimera. Normally the drop off point is back at Camois square but Gonzy knew of another craft ale pub (LIS Beer) near our hotel so he dropped us there to finish with a last brew for the night. The whole trip lasted more than 5 hours, took in some fantastic food and drink, together with good company and a lot of sights and history that we would never have discovered on our own. For 45 euros a head it is excellent value!
