My wife and I have just returned from a 1 week staty at the Santa Eulalia Beach Club and couldn't fault a thing about the hotel complex. The rooms were clean and spacious with free AC and the pool area pretty big with several sunbeds on offer. The only thing that put me off giving this hotel a 5 star rating was the fact things from taken from our room on more then one ocassion!!!! One day we have our MOUTH WASH taken? It was in its proper bottle, clearly labelled and in the bathroom with the rest of our toiletrie so no excuse for 'mistakenly' getting rid. As if that wasn't low and cheap, the following day I had my swim shorts stolen from the balcony! These were damp wet shorts that were left drying on a chair on the balcony. There was no way the wind could have taken them over the balcony and our only neighbours were an elderly couple so no way they could have jumped over and taken them. Both items were there on the morning of the day they were taken. I notified reception and all they did was to tell me they would mention it to the girls. Yeah right!!!

They say get a safety deposit box for valuables, I never once thought of putting my mouth wash and shorts in them!!

It's fair to say on the last day I made the maids work extra hard! ;-)

The apartments have recently been revamped and are extremely clean and spacious. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom had 2 single beds which could be pushed together if needed and the lounge had a pull down sprung double sofa bed. The kitchen was small, and had the basics but to be honest, I don't go on holiday to cook! Shower in the bathroom was good - warm and powerful. Balcony was pretty small. The pool was cold but the weather was so hot it was a blessing! Plenty of sunbeds available to choose from which is a rarity in other places i've stayed. Could do with some more umbrella's. Staff very helpful and friendly. Teasers next door do a great breakfast, especially good are the american pancakes with syrup. The chinese just down the road on the opposite side is excellent too and very quick and reasonable. All in all, a great place to stay. Plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from. Would defo stay here again and had a great holiday!

Just returned after our 5th year of staying at Santa Eulalia apartments and found that rooms had been revamped and most of the hotel decor too.
As always all staff were really friendly and helpful, the bar staff always happy to help even to read the instructions on your prescription! Cleaners in everyday and changed any towels we left on floor when required. Reception staff also very helpful and always on hand to sort anything out. Kitchen area has everything you need including toaster and kettle and bathroom has hair dryer. We were with our two kids who loved staying here and the pool was great for them both one aged 2 the other 9. Plenty of sun beds everyday both around the pool and also on the grass area only thing that was a problem was the sun umbrellas they need some more. Every year we have been there there has been a snack bar this year they had decided not to do snacks because of the building work but we mentioned to one of the bar staff about it and the following day bar snacks were back on the menu.

This hotel really is brilliant. When we first arrived at 10.30 am, we were told we couldn't check in until 12. This wasn't a problem as the official check in isn't until 2pm anyway! The hotel was absolutely spotless and our room was cleaned every day. Never a problem getting a sunbed and it was fairly quiet round the pool too. The safety deposit box cost just 15 euros (+15 euro deposit) which is an absolute bargain.Old town is a must. A long walk from the hotel but if you walk along the main road and down towards the beach, you get a really quiet beach along the way! Beautiful views too. Both the sea and pool were freezing but I guess this can't be helped. Old town has a wide selection of little shops, bars and restaurants as well as escalators and a lift from the cliff to the beach, amazing views! Nearer the hotel, Senhor Frogs and Cafe Sol are well worth a visit- both had delicious food and free wifi. Teasers Bar (practically next door to hotel) is also great with pretty cheap drinks. Aquashow is also worth visiting-brilliant day out. To conclude, book this holiday!!!
