My stay at Rasa Gurukul was a transformative experience for me. It offers you the ability to indulge in traditional food cooked by the students who work in the kitchen. The farm is full of freshly grown vegetables and local farmers, who greet you with a smile.

The staff are fantastic as they are so excited to meet you and show you around, my favourite thing to do every morning was go in search of fresh coconuts and eat/drink them.

The yoga was challenging, but really worth it if you want to have an inspiring start to your day.

The Chalakudy river is yet another great reason you should visit this place as it's quite the spectacle.

Over all, I would really recommend this place for anyone who wants to unwind, eat traditional food and indulge in the different activities Rasa Gurukul has to offer.
