This hotel is in a great location, not more than a 10 minute walk to everything. Excellent friendly staff. We had a room for 3, which was sufficient. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was an extra $20 euros but very secure. We were there for one night on 09 July 2017 and stayed in room 22. Other feature was the really nice courtyard off the breakfast area.

Great location , 5 mins from the main square.
Friendly owner, nice courtyard for continental breakfast included in the price.
Good size room , good bathroom with powerful shower and toiletries..
Our room was located at the back of hotel on the top floor to which you had to go up 2 winding staircases , so if you have walking difficulties you would need to ask for a room on the ground floor.
Great stay would return to this hotel

Run by husband and wife team who are very friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV in every room. Plenty of choice at breakfast, fruit, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, pastries , fresh bread rolls plus a boiled egg if required. We had lovely weather for our visit and was able to sit in the prettily planted courtyard to eat , enjoying the sunshine whilst admiring the flowers.
The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the main square so excellent location. The only reason I have given this a `very good` instead of `excellent` is that the stairs to the rooms in the back of the hotel (annexe) are extremely steep and narrow and would be a problem to any one less than 100% fit or with large suitcases. However I am sure if you made a note when booking that this would be a problem, the manager would accommodate est

Room Tip: request a room with easy access if you have a problem with steep stairs

A nice quiet hotel located in the heart of Bruges. Very friendly staff and great breakfast in the AM. Wifi and cable TV. Great old and new world combination. I would stay here again. An easy walk to all important places.

Well located, decorated, themed hotel run by a charming husband and wife team. As a solo traveler the room on the 1st floor facing the street was spacious with two beds, private bath and TV, but no Internet. Everything worked and was clean. I paid €138 for a Saturday night booked the day before, so I guess that's ok, but it still strikes me as a little much for what it was.

Room Tip: WIFI in lobby only.

Dear Mr. Adrien R,

Thank you for staying with us. Regarding your remarks: indeed there was a problem with the internet that day. One antenna of the WiFi went out of service. In the meantime it is fixed and we do have again high-speed WiFi in all our rooms and lobby. The WiFi roaming and boost function is also available now.
The surprise of your comment is the price you paid for the room. You booked and pre-paid the room through an online tour operator. The difference between the price you mention and what we charged the tour operator is more than 40% !! This is absolutely out of range and exaggerated. As that Saturday there was a lot of online demand for rooms in Brugge, this tour operator must have taken the opportunity to take extra margin on your last minute booking. We would be very happy to welcome you again and if you contact us by email, we will quote you normal rates. Ronny & Magda
