Martin Hubaut knows what he is doing in his kitchen. And he certainly knows how to receive guests as his role seems to be both maitre and chef.
We enjoyed the Uppkok menu and even though the taste and flavours of the dishes was spot on for most of them, we found the portions to be rather large.
This would normally not really bother if it was not for the fact that - as we already feared after dish number 2 - there was no way we could finish the main course, let alone desserts. We just managed to squeeze in a coffee but had to leave the sweets accompanying it.
We left with a very full stomach and the feeling that this should be a rather simple problem to address.
