The place seems to be constantly fully booked but we managed after several tries. It was worth every cent. The menu is modest but each ingredient tastes just about right - fresh, tasteful and top quality. We had the yellowfin thon sashimi and shrimp salad as starters. Then the Iberic pork plumas and grilled stuffed sardines. The rhubarb crumble is not to be missed. The wine list is pretty much in line with the menu and contains European classics but also new world nouvelties. Service, as pretty much everywhere in Brussels, was average. If it improves this could be one of the most remarkable restaurants we have ever been to.
