Enormous and modern apartment, so big, you can basically have a party there with easily 15 people in the living space. The living space has an open long kitchen, with a bar like table and in addition there is a dining room table and a living room area with couch, coffee table and a smart audio visual installation and fast wifi. The living room also has a balcony with a table and chairs where you are sitting with full view of Rue de Loi (Wetstraat). The kitchen has a coffee maker and hot water cooker and all you need to cook and eat. Except for some tea bags and coffee pads, nothing is provided, so you will need to bring in your own food.
The bedroom is on the back side of the apartment and having a grand view of the other side of Brussels. The bedroom has also a lot of space and a very comfortable bed. The only thing is missing are electrical outlets next to the bed for your mobile or any other chargeable device that you need next to your bed.
In the hallway is a separate toilet and from the bedroom you can access the bathroom with a shower and sink. All clean and modern.
I would recommend the apartment. The only thing that did not feel so comfortable is that there is no reception or anyone there. On one hand it is convenient that you can access the building and the apartment via a code, at the same time being a solo traveler it is somewhat scary because you feel completely alone in a large building where you need to get in by pressing codes on three doors (outside, in between door elevator and apartment).
